The ChemGrout 500/C6 piston pump is ideal for a broad range of grouting applications including tunnels, shafts, dams, plant maintenance and geotechnical works. Part of ChemGrout’s Versatile Series, the progressive cavity pump is variable speed and has a maximum output of 20 gpm (76 lpm) and a maximum pressure of 174 psi (12 bar) or optionally 261 psi (18 bar). With its unique twin mix tank design, it provides continuous pumping as each tank alternates feeding the hopper. This process optimizes the batching of materials such as neat cement, sand/cement, and most commercial pre-bagged grouts.
